While Jolie has remained largely silent on the issue of her relationship with Pitt, she revealed in an interview with BBC how she is coping.

She describes the situation as “very difficult time.”

“I don’t want to say very much about that, except to say it was a very difficult time and we are a family, and we will always be a family,” Jolie tells the interviewer. “And we will get through this time and hopefully be a stronger family.”

The mother of six looks visibly shaken up and emotional.

When asked about how she is coping, she once again emphasizes that it’s been a very difficult time.

“Many people find themselves in this situation. My whole family have all been through a difficult time.’

“My focus is my children, our children, and my focus is finding this way through.

“We are and forever will be a family and so that is how I am coping. I am coping with finding a way through to make sure that this somehow makes us stronger and closer,” she says.

Jolie was in Cambodia this weekend with her children for a movie premiere “First They Killed My Father.”

Her sons Maddox, who was born in Cambodia, and Pax were both involved in the production of the movie.
