“My 4th grade teacher is retiring after teaching for 41 years, so we’re surprising her with a cake, some shoes and a trip to Houston for her and her husband for the Charity Classic!” Watt wrote about his reunion with one of his earliest mentors on Facebook Monday.

The Charity Classic is an annual softball game (celebrating five years this Mother’s Day) featuring Texans players to raise funds for Watt’s JJW Foundation.

Humble and charitable, 28-year-old Watt respects where he came from and is still a kid at heart; skip to 6:30 for a laugh.
