Despite a few hurdles, the couple has been maintaining their long distance and highly publicized relationship and it seems to be getting even stronger.
“Despite the distance, the media attention and everything else, there’s a real ease to their relationship,” a source told PEOPLE. “It just works. They are deeply happy.”
Before going public with her royal beau, Markle had some fame as an actress on “Suits” but has since skyrocketed to even bigger popularity.
“She is incredibly cool and down to earth,” the source added. “She has a wonderful warmth to her and a bright smile. It’s very easy to see why Harry was so drawn to her.”
