The Royal Family had quite an outing when the Queen of England visited this local grocery store, accompanied by her husband, Prince Philip, and son Prince Charles with his wife, Camilla Parker Bowles.
The group visited a store in Poundbury, an experimental town in southwest England designed with traditional urban principles, to check out local products and chat with the staff.
“The Royal Family was on hand to open the new district center, Queen Mother Square, where she unveiled a statue of her mother by sculptor Philip Jackson,” People Magazine writes.

The outing certainly seemed exciting. The Queen was dressed in her iconic look with matching hat and coat in bright blue.
The group inspected products and even poured some beer.
An exciting day indeed!
They later sat together for the statue unveiling ceremony.
