Carrie Underwood rubbed shoulders with Hollywood’s A-list at the Golden Globe Awards Jan. 8 in Beverly Hills. The country superstar was on hand to present a trophy at the ceremony, but she turned a lot of heads on the red carpet wearing a pale pink floral-topped dress from designer Iris Serban.
The dramatically draped fabric on top made it unlike anything else we saw on the carpet. Of course, Carrie is never afraid to take a fashion risk. It turns out she chose this gown less than 24 hours before she hit the carpet.
Carrie told Ryan Seacrest on E!, “I flew in late last night and we started trying on dresses, and I just loved this one from the start. It makes me feel girly.”
The pearl earrings from Yoko London dangling from her ears only accentuated Carrie’s delicate yet daring look.
