And, country music star Kellie Pickler proved that during a recent episode of her reality show on CMT, “I Love Kellie Pickler.”

On a Sept. 29 episode of the series, Kellie and her hubby, Kyle Jacobs, visited Tokyo, Japan. During their stay, they dropped in on a Japanese bar where Kellie used small talk to try and initiate conversation with a few strangers. She chatted about money that was stuck on the ceiling and pointed out a map hanging on the wall.

But, it was the “American Idol” alum’s impromptu performance of one of Patsy Cline’s classic songs that got people talking.

In this video, you’ll notice that Kellie introduces herself to the bar-goers. She lets them know that she’s a country music singer. When one man in the bar asks her to sing a cappella, the blonde-haired singer belts out “Crazy.” And, she does it so beautifully!

Literally, there couldn’t have been a better way to break the ice! Kellie’s rendition of Patsy’s hit — penned by Willie Nelson — was absolutely stunning. It completely changed the energy in the room. And, you can tell that just by looking at everybody’s faces.

In pure awe of Kellie’s voice, one bar attendee said, “She sounds like Mariah Carey!” Another bar-goer added, “I’m literally happy today.”

Prior to the airing of the episode, Kellie appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” where she said, “This show is about laughter and love. It’s all positive and all about our family and friends and our crazy adventures. We just want to be a bright light and make people laugh and feel good.”

Kellie, that performance did just that!
