Meet Alexa, Jane, Isha and Sarah. With a little bit of help from the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the four teens were able to attend the ceremony. They even got to rub shoulders with some of country music’s hottest hunks, including Tim McGraw!

One such photo, which was posted on the organization’s Facebook page, shows just how lucky the ladies were, as the “Humble and Kind” singer plants a kiss on young Jane’s forehead.

Make-A-Wish America writes, “A super sweet red carpet moment with Tim McGraw!” And, indeed it was.

Jane is a 14-year-old from Northeast Ohio. According to Cleveland19.com, she is currently battling Hodgkin’s lymphoma. She and the other girls, who happen to be brave warriors themselves, got all dolled up for their once-in-a-lifetime experience.

“It’s been amazing — it’s so cool all that they are doing for us,” Jane tells the outlet, “it’s amazing!”

Another photo posted by Make-A-Wish America on Instagram shows the girls posing with Keith Urban during rehearsals. And, it’s clear that every meet-and-greet moment was surreal for them.

The caption reads, “Taking selfies with @keithurban at #grammys rehearsals.”

Following rehearsals, they came face-to-face with “Star of the Show” singer Thomas Rhett. Needless to say, Jane’s reaction was priceless!

“Oh my god, I’m going to cry!” says Jane happily, as Thomas signs her notepad.

But, country music’s hunkiest crooners weren’t the only celebrities that the girls got to hang out with. They spent some time with Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, Kelsea Ballerini and Adele! Oh boy, and the list goes on y’all!

See more of their reactions below!
