In a series of exclusive pics shared via “Entertainment Tonight,” Miley is showing off her mighty fine physique during a recent hike in Los Angeles alongside fiancé Liam Hemsworth and their two dogs, Mary Jane and Dora. Miley just might be in the best shape of her life at the moment, with the pics showing her rock hard abs in a bright red sports bra and running shorts.
Oh – to be 24 again.

And beside the killer abs, Miley just looks downright happy these days, seemingly enjoying being engaged to Liam, who joined her on this hike looking mighty fine himself in a white T-shirt, shorts and green gym shoes.
Of course, from the looks of it, Miley looks to be in incredible shape and more than ready to flaunt a white wedding dress soon. Yet, the couple, along with Miley’s famous father, Billy Ray, continues to stay mum about when the nuptials will take place.
