If you over indulged on Thanksgiving, raise your hand! Or, if you really, really over indulged, raise your feet. That’s what Tim McGraw did after a day of decadent dining on wife Faith Hill’s yummy Turkey Day table.
In case you missed it, Tim shared a photo of the McGraw-Hill’s family Thanksgiving spread and his own plate. Food was lined up from one end of the table to the other, and then his dinner plate was covered with what looked like a little spoonful of everything, including sweet potatoes, fried corn, mac and cheese, lima beans, deviled eggs, turkey and ham. Heck, he hadn’t even made it to dessert yet!
The next day, Tim hit the recliner in his loosest sweats, popped his feet up in the air and settled in for a day of college football. There’s no sign of Faith nor his daughters in the photo, so they either retreated to other parts of the home, perhaps for Christmas decorating, or they were hitting the stores looking for Black Friday bargains.
On Saturday, Nov. 26, there was more college football in store for Tim, but it looked like maybe some Thanksgiving Day remorse was starting to set in. He did, of course, turn on the big Michigan vs. Ohio State game, but he watched the Buckeyes roll past the Wolverines while he was hoofing it on his treadmill in an attempt to burn off the marshmallow topping on those sweet potatoes.
Football was going hard and heavy all weekend, both college and professional, but on Sunday, so was Tim. He was back in the gym for “leg day,” but we’re betting that by the time the ball was teed up for kick-off in the Tennessee Titans vs. Chicago Bears or New Orleans Saints vs. St. Louis Rams games at noon, Tim’s last squat was complete.
Guess he’s just trying to stay in shape so he can keep up with his hot wife during next year’s Soul2Soul Tour. Or maybe he’s wanting to look his best for the Rare Country Awards, where he’s nominated for Male Vocalist of the Year. Cast your vote at RareCountryAwards.com.
