Little known fact about Rachael Ray: the world famous chef is actually kind of a badass when it comes to hot sauce.

For a special Thanksgiving edition of the hot sauce interview show “First We Feast,” Ray joined host Sean Evans for his usual wing challenge. But instead of eating the sauces on chicken wings like every guest before her, the Food Network personality turned things up to 11 and dove right in, armed only with a spoon.

In between chatting about behind-the-scenes secrets, dog food recipes and the classic “Lemonade” incident, Ray downs hot sauce after hot sauce like a certified champ.

Why would she subject herself to such torture? Because clearly the saucy chef is anything but mild.
