It’s hard to ignore the fact that streaming services are completely changing the way we consume shows, especially given the popularity of shows like “House of Cards,” “Orange is the New Black,” and “Transparent.”

Now, streaming companies drop an entire season of a show all at once, enticing many fans to stay glued to their TVs and laptops until they devour it all.

The reason why is largely because that’s how these new shows are designed: each season is released at once, and each episode ends with a cliff-hanger that carries you seamlessly into the next episode.

We’re not talking about garbage TV either. Many of the cast a crew of these shows have won Emmys for their work.

If you haven’t tried it yet, give binge watching a shot! Just make sure you clear your calendar first.
