The MoonBlush Baker calls it “Cookies and Cream Insanity Cake,” and that is exactly what it looks like.

The cake starts with a dark chocolate-Oreo crust, which is then filled with vanilla mousse, topped with chocolate mousse and Oreo vodka marshmallows (yes, you read that right).

To top it all off, add crushed Oreos decorated with Mini Oreos, as well as a cookie and cream Pocky stick.

Quick! Head to your local grocer and buy up all the Oreos in the store. You’re going to need them for this recipe (and for a little treat while you make it)!

You’ll also need these items on your shopping list:

For the Oreo vodka marshmallows

4 teaspons powdered gelatine

3 oz. vanilla vodka

1 1/3 cups caster sugar

1 1/3 cups glucose

2/3 cup water

2 tablespoons cornflour

2 tablespoons sugar

For the vanilla mousse

2 1/2 teaspoons gelatine

1/4 cup water130

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cup milk

3 egg yolks

1/3 oz. white creme de cacao

1/2 cup cream, chilled

For the chocolate mousse

4 oz. dark chocolate, finely chopped

14 oz. can condense milk

1 vanilla bean, scraped of seeds
