Next time you’re craving Asian cuisine, make like Chipotle and disassemble your burrito (or, in this case, your egg roll).

Putting all the ingredients in a bowl instead of a wrapper saves a ton of calories, but still captures all those flavors we love. Best of all, this recipe is so fast and easy — perfect for a weekday lunch!

You will need:

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 16-ounce bag coleslaw mix (shredded carrots and cabbage)
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • â…“ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
