This masterpiece from Coley Cooks features a chocolate graham cracker crust, vanilla ice cream, sea salt and a homemade caramel sauce. Does it get any better than that?


You will need:

Crust

  • 18 chocolate graham crackers, pulverized
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Ganache

  • 1¼ cups heavy cream
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

Salted caramel

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup (optional, but recommended)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

“Cake”

  • 1 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 2 teaspoons flaky sea salt
