The spookiest time of the year isn’t complete without some fun recipes! And don’t just limit yourself to treats — there are plenty of ways to get into the Halloween spirit at dinnertime!

Today, I’m going to show you how to make eyeball pasta. I really love this recipe for three reasons:

  1. It’s healthy.
  2. It’s delicious.
  3. You can make it any time of the year.

You’ll need:

  • Spinach fettuccine
  • Basil

  • Onions, diced
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Canned whole peeled tomatoes
  • Black olives
  • String cheese

This dish features a homemade pasta sauce, and the “eyeball” garnish is made from black olives and string cheese!
