According to Rachel Farnsworth of The Stay At Home Chef, this recipe took five years to perfect. It’s well worth the effort!

You will need:

  • 2 cups warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons instant dry yeast
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
