Any time of year is the right time for hot chocolate. If you’re craving something rich and chocolatey in the summer, why not make a frozen version?

This creation from Southern Living is topped with a marshmallow polar bear. It doesn’t get much cuter than that.

You will need:

Polar bears

  • Jumbo marshmallows
  • Regular marshmallows
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Vanilla frosting
  • Edible candy eyes

Frozen hot chocolate

  • 2½ cups whole milk, divided
  • 3 packets hot chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice
  • Whipped cream, for topping
