It’s easy to mix up a batch that will last all week.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 3 cups dates (pitted)
  • 3 tbsp (or more) or your favorite nut/seed butter
  • 2 handfuls of nuts/seeds
  • 1/4 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup of dairy free chocolate chips (optional)
