You can always make your own treats (here’s how to make every kind of Girl Scout Cookie!), or you can take it up a notch with this Samoas-inspired icebox cake.

This easy dessert from 12 Tomatoes uses fudge, Cool Whip, vanilla pudding and coconut flakes to create the flavors of one of the most popular Girl Scout Cookies.

You will need:

Crust


  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, cold, cubed
  • ¾ cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Chocolate layer

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup hot fudge, room temperature

Pudding layer

  • 2 packages vanilla instant pudding
  • 3¼ cups milk
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • ⅔ cup caramel sauce

Topping

  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • ½ cup sweetened coconut flakes, toasted
  • ½ cup hot fudge sauce
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
