Kahlúa isn’t just for coffee anymore.

This delicious dessert from Chocolate, Chocolate and More features a brownie brittle crust and Kahlúa cheesecake middle, and is topped with whipped cream that’s also been infused with Kahlúa. We’re kind of obsessed with it. You will be too.

You will need:

Crust

  • 2¼ cups brownie brittle or chocolate wafer cookie, crushed
  • ½ cup melted butter

Cheesecake


  • 32 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 5 eggs
  • ¾ cup Kahlúa
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Whipped cream

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup Kahlúa
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin
  • ¼ cup hot water
