If you love cheese — and who doesn’t?! — you’ll absolutely want to add this meatloaf to your recipe arsenal.

Just cut into it and watch all that gooey mozzarella cheese pour out. It doesn’t get much better than that.

You will need:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 more tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅛ more teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
