  • ½ a 100-calorie whole wheat English muffin, toasted
  • ½ ounce 2% sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 1 Mini Babybel Original, Light
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or PB2 (prepared)
  • 1 small apple
  • ¾ cup grapes
  • 1 large hard-boiled egg
