- ½ a 100-calorie whole wheat English muffin, toasted
- ½ ounce 2% sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1 Mini Babybel Original, Light
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or PB2 (prepared)
- 1 small apple
- ¾ cup grapes
- 1 large hard-boiled egg
