Making favorite foods in festive shapes is one of the most fun ways to celebrate a new season.

So obviously, we love these cornucopia-shaped snacks. This is the perfect way to celebrate too, because the recipe is no harder than making a regular old sausage and crescent roll appetizer. Since the dough is triangle-shaped, it’s super easy to wrap into a cone shape.

  • 4 precooked breakfast sausage links, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
