Next time you’re craving wings, make these Buffalo cauliflower wings instead — and get a full serving of vegetables.

You will need:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice

Dip your finished “wings” in French onion dip!
