This easy oven-baked “Burrito ‘Chiladas” recipe from Julia’s Simply Southern is a healthy dinner that any lover of Mexican food will appreciate.
You will need:
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 packet taco seasoning
½ cup water
1 cup cheese, grated (Julia recommends using cheddar)
Black olives, sliced (optional)
1 large can enchilada sauce
1 can Ro*Tel Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
Flour or corn tortillas
Tip: You can easily swap the ground beef for shredded chicken!
