This easy oven-baked “Burrito ‘Chiladas” recipe from Julia’s Simply Southern is a healthy dinner that any lover of Mexican food will appreciate.
You will need:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup cheese, grated (Julia recommends using cheddar)
- Black olives, sliced (optional)
- 1 large can enchilada sauce
- 1 can Ro*Tel Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
- Flour or corn tortillas
Tip: You can easily swap the ground beef for shredded chicken!
