Cheese curds are a staple of Wisconsin-based fast food chain Culver’s. But now, McDonald’s locations in the Badger State are ready to compete.

Starting Nov. 28, all Wisconsin McDonald’s restaurants began serving battered, deep-fried cheese curds.

According to WTMJ, the curds are made with real Wisconsin cheese. They are offered in four-ounce servings.

There are no plans to sell the cheese curds in other states, and they will only be available in Wisconsin McDonald’s locations for a limited time.
