Was my couch workout too strenuous for you? This one is for the truly lazy — it can be done during commercial breaks.

Tyson and I are both parents, which means we have precious little time to exercise. So we love the kill-two-birds-with-one-stone approach to these living room workouts. They’re effective for people of all fitness levels, too!

Naturally, you can also do this one without a television. Just perform 10 reps of each exercise every 20 minutes:

  • Leg raises
  • Tricep dips
  • Leg pull-ins
  • Scissor kicks

Once you’ve mastered these indoor workouts, head outside and try my quick fix workout or my easy 15-minute workout. You don’t need any fancy equipment — you don’t even need to leave the house!
