Michael Moore is not very happy these days. The documentary filmmaker spent much of the last year criticizing President Donald Trump and has rallied his supporters against the president. After news broke that Trump had signed off on a United States airstrike in Syria, Moore took to his social media accounts to criticize the president.

Moore pointed out that, as a private citizen, Trump had criticized the type of military intervention that he had just sanctioned.

“Here’s what The Leader said in 2012 about launching air strikes to prop up one’s poll numbers,” Moore tweeted. He linked to a message President Trump wrote in 2012.

“Now that Obama’s poll numbers are in tailspin – watch for him to launch a strike in Libya or Iran. He is desperate.”

Moore implied that Trump was doing the same thing. According to Moore, Trump is “playing everyone.”

“We will soon know all the facts about Trump’s Chinese dinner airstrike. For now, all u need to know is that Trump is playing everyone again,” Moore wrote.
