Tourists were treated — sort of — to an interaction with an African elephant that was a little too real.

American and Irish tourists were sitting around the table at Mana Pools National Park in Zimbabwe when an unhappy elephant showed up. The creature did nothing of note in the first minute of the video.

Maybe he was just planning his next move. Maybe he was trying to lull the humans into a false sense of security.

At the 1:09 mark, the elephant attacks with his tusks, officially scaring the crap out of the tourists.

Thankfully, no one was hurt because, wow, that could have turned out a whole lot worse.
