She had to have surgery to remove this joint! Not only that, this blackhead is at least the size of a lima bean and shoots out of her lip like a bat out of hell. If you’ve ever watched, and enjoyed, Nip/Tuck then this is the video for you, beginning to end. If not, good luck making it through with some scene-skipping or abrupt stoppage in play.

Also, how does this “accumulate” over the years? Like if you don’t wash your face for some time, is this what can happen? Is this something we all should be worried about?
