On Tuesday, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer entered a heated exchange — they have since made up, kind of — with veteran journalist April Ryan of the American Urban Radio Networks.

CNN, who is currently feuding with President Trump and his administration, saw an opportunity to explain to Spicer that Russian dressing was neither Russian nor for salad.
“It’s really not for salads, but more of a sandwich spread — usually a Reuben,” CNN reported.
For those wondering, “The mayo and ketchup concoction — often dressed up with horseradish and spices — was created in Nashua, New Hampshire.” The sauce was invented by grocer James E. Colburn in 1924.
