After running against Donald Trump in the 2016 Republican primaries, Sen. Lindsey Graham wondered aloud before the inauguration today whether or not he was in the new president’s good graces.
“I don’t know if I’m on the kill list or not, that would be good to know,” Graham told CBS after being asked if he was feeling optimistic after being a vocal critic of Trump throughout his campaign. Graham did add that he is optimistic about what he called a “rebirth.”

According to Politico, Graham also mentioned that he hoped Trump would deliver a speech that, “acknowledges that he’s the president of all of us and those who are out there protesting, he’s their president, too.”
