On Sunday, police in Fellsmere, Fla., arrested Tammy Roseman, 45, who they say they observed drinking a Busch beer in broad daylight behind a daycare center on 100th Street Place in Fellsmere, according to a Facebook post from the police department.

She was arrested for violation of the city’s open container laws. Officers searched her in jail, and they found “a cylindrical-shaped pipe with burnt ends” in Roseman’s front pocket. Roseman, allegedly without prompting, told officers, “There isn’t any Chore Boy in there, but if you give me some, I will smoke crack from that right now.” Officers presumably did not provide Roseman with crack cocaine or any implements to help her smoke it.
