This Florida man is accused of filming up a woman’s dress — what he told police is truly disturbing

A Florida man accused of using a cell phone to record under a woman’s dress reportedly told police officers who arrested him: “I do this every Sunday.”

The Miami Herald reports that Andres Marcelo Jurado, 29, was taken into custody Monday after a woman reported a man bumping into her from behind as she was walking near Miami Beach.

When the woman realized the man appeared to be following her, she stopped suddenly and felt him grab her behind as he ran into her, according to The Herald.

She also noticed he was holding a cell phone which was recording video.

Jurado, whom The Herald reports is an income tax preparer, is in Miami-Dade County Jail charged with video voyeurism.
