A man who stalked women at an Ohio Walmart and sprayed them his own semen through a syringe was booked into jail without bond pending his arraignment, according to CBS News.

Timothy Blake of West Virginia was charged Dec. 30 with pandering obscenity, sexual imposition and two counts of menace by stalking.

The first of multiple reports came on Nov. 2, when a woman told authorities that she noticed a “creepy” man lingering around her as she shopped at Walmart. She said the man walked within a few inches of her and then she felt something wet on her lower back and foot.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by CBS News, the woman “began to panic” and rushed to the restroom to wash off the substance. That’s when she discovered it was “sticky.” When she came out of the restroom, she said the man was still there.

Police received a similar complaint on Dec. 28. Thanks to store surveillance video capturing Blake leaving the store both times in a pickup truck, police spotted the vehicle two days later and asked Blake if they could question him.

Blake, 26, initially told police the sticky substance he squirted on the women was egg yolk. But the police told him they had the substance tested, and he then admitted it was semen. He said he used syringes to spray egg, spit or semen on women on a dozen occasions.

“The defendant stated maybe it was his way of having sex with these women,” police wrote in the affidavit.

Before each incident, he said that he masturbated into the syringe either in his truck or in the Walmart bathroom. He allegedly said he targeted his victim on Nov. 2 because he believed “she displayed exhibitionist characteristics and wanted to be noticed,” according to the affidavit.

Blake is married and said his wife was unaware of these incidents, according to the affidavit. He also placed blame on his parents, who he said molested him as a child.

Remarkably, Blake appears to be a copycat offender. In 2013, a man was arrested for throwing a handful of his own semen on a woman at a Delaware Walmart.
