On Thursday, the Swedish palace announced that Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia are expecting their second child together.

The couple wed in June 2015 and announced they were expecting their first child later that year. Prince Alexander was born in April 2016.

“We are happy to announce that we are expecting a child, a sibling to Prince Alexander. We are looking forward to welcoming a new little member to our family,” the royals said in a statement on Instagram.

“No changes in the schedule of The Prince Couple’s public engagements are planned during the spring and summer of 2017,” the post continued.

The new addition to the family is due to arrive in September.

The baby will be joining cousins Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar, the children of Crown Princess Victoria; and Princess Leonore and Prince Nicolas, Princess Madeline’s children.

Congratulation to the growing family!
