Audrey Nethery won’t let a rare bone marrow disorder keep her down… or keep her from getting down.

The Zumba enthusiast, 6, was born with Diamond-Blackfan anemia, a disorder that causes low red blood cell counts. She was invited to a Zumba conference and was the centerpiece of the conference’s opening in Orlando, The Huffington Post reports.

The video’s since gone viral with more than 3 million views on YouTube. And her moves are impressive, considering her age and condition.

She takes a Zumba class every Saturday, and when a Zumba corporate employee saw a video on Facebook of her dancing, that’s when Audrey got invited to the conference.

“We also feel that it has helped boost her confidence a bit,” father Scott Nethery told Yahoo Parenting.“Audrey is smaller then other kids her age due to having Diamond-Blackfan anemia, and that bothers her sometimes. However, her size doesn’t matter when she is dancing and she knows she is pretty good at it!”
