Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have decided to keep things private in their divorce.
According to PEOPLE, the former couple have agreed to work together for the sake of their family. In a joint statement, they revealed their plans to handle their ongoing divorce. They reportedly plan to keep details under wraps by utilizing a private judge.
“The parties and their counsel have signed agreements to preserve the privacy rights of their children and family by keeping all court documents confidential and engaging a private judge to make any necessary legal decisions and to facilitate the expeditious resolution of any remaining issues,” the statement reads. “The parents are committed to act as a united front to effectuate recovery and reunification.”
Pitt and Jolie have six children together and have agreed to a temporary custody arrangement that allows Pitt visitation.
The couple split in September 2016 after two years of marriage and more than 10 years together.
