“Nothing brings me more joy than boosting a kid’s confidence with a custom tattoo,” wrote Lloyd. “50 likes and I’ll go to Starship Hospital and tat all the kids up!”

The post has since gotten more than 468,000 likes. Lloyd has taken several trips to the Starship Children’s Hospital in New Zealand, bringing smiles to the patients’ faces with tattoos.

Lloyd told 9 News the ink he uses is organic and non-toxic.

Lloyd is now hoping to travel the world and donate his time and talent to being smiles to sick children. He has started a You Caring page to raise money. If you would like to donate, click here.
