Toby Willis of “The Willis Family” had his day in court on Monday.

The patriarch from the wildly popular TLC network show was arraigned on four counts of child rape following his arrest in September. According to The Tennessean, Willis plead not guilty. His trial is due to start on July 18.

Willis was reportedly set to appear in court on May 31 after completing attorney-requested psychological testing, but the state chose to present the case in March.

When charges were brought against him, Willis fled his home in Ashland City, Tenn., and was later arrested in Kentucky. He was charged with child rape for an alleged encounter with an underage girl 12 years ago.

The father of 12 is reportedly being held without bond as he awaits the start of his trial.

The Willis family skyrocketed to fame after an appearance on “America’s Got Talent.” They previously starred in “The Willis Family” on TLC, which chronicled their ups and downs following “AGT.”
