Herman Cain discussed the Supreme Court case over President Obama’s recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board on his program Tuesday.

“If the Supreme Court upholds the decision that they were not in recess, that means that some of the appointees to the NLRB may have to be approved and confirmed and approved by the Senate. Also it means some of the rules they issued have to be changed.

“You see here folks is that President Obama overstepped his constitutional bounds,” Cain said, then expressing his lack of faith that the Supreme Court will do the right thing after the ruling on the Affordable Care Act.
