President Obama knew about these things when he ran for the presidency, claiming that one of the biggest problems was “George Bush trying to bring more and more power to the executive branch and not go through Congress at all.” This is a pretty hilarious statement in retrospect,┬áhaving made speeches about not going through Congress.
