“Blacks in Chicago unhappy with President Obama’s State of the Union Address,” says Herman Cain.

A sound byte put together by a publication called Rebel Pundit captured the scathing remarks from black community activists, which included one that claimed that the president has hurt blacks since becoming president, not helped. One man even said “If this is what you call helping us, then stop helping.”

Meanwhile, the black unemployment rate, both teenage and adult, are double the national average, and the median income for blacks has declined.

“It’s high time that some people tell it like it is,” said Cain.
