According to Herman Cain, out of the 34 international Organizations for Economic Cooperation and Development, the U.S. came in dead last for its combined federal and state corporate income tax rates., which stand at 39 percent. This number is over 50 percent higher than the average of 25 percent in the rest of the world.

“And we wonder why the economy isn’t growing,” remarked Herman Cain.

“Somebody needs to tell the president his policies aren’t working and he needs to start working with lower tax rates.”
