Rumors have been flying since Buzzfeed released an unverified dossier from a man believed to be a former British intelligence agent detailing Russia’s alleged relationship with Donald Trump. Included in the report were claims that the Russian government had compromising video of Trump engaging in sexual acts with Russian prostitutes.

An uncovered 2001 “Howard Stern Show” clip adds another layer to the allegations.

In the clip, starting around 4:20, gossip columnist A.J. Benza claims that Trump used to brag about his sexual exploits in Russia. The exchange came after Benza and Trump were arguing about a mutual ex-girlfriend. Transcript via Death and Taxes.

Trump: I assume A.J.’s clean. I hope he’s clean.

Benza: Meanwhile, he bangs Russian people…

Stern: Russian people?

Trump: Who are you talking about, Russian people, A.J.? I don’t know anything.

Benza: He used to call me when I was a columnist and say, “I was just in Russia, the girls have no morals, you gotta get out there.” [Trump’s] out of his mind.

In addition to these claims, Donald Trump himself said in a Jan. 11th news conference via New York Times:

“And I always tell them — anywhere, but I always tell them if I’m leaving this country, ‘Be very careful, because in your hotel rooms and no matter where you go, you’re gonna probably have cameras.’ I’m not referring just to Russia, but I would certainly put them in that category.”

We have no way of knowing if any of what Benza had to say is true, but it seems that for now these types of rumors are not going away for the president-elect.
