Heck, we’re not surprised that someone dropped a pretty price of $7 million on it either. After all, the dreamy beach home is truly immaculate!

Images reveal that the astonishing 4,236-square-foot, ranch-style house features an open floor plan with arched ceilings, skylights, long windows, French doors and stone, tile flooring. Oh yea, and a chef-inspired kitchen with A-grade appliances, which we can only assume was Trisha’s sanctuary.

The one-story, gated estate sits on a half acre of land and boasts four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. And the mansion is located just minutes from Paradise Cove Beach. Yep! Start drooling!

Garth and Trisha have been busy all year traveling for their world tour. And, with their on-the-go schedules, it seems they’re content with the decision they’ve made to part ways with the mansion.

“It doesn’t mean because that one sold we can’t find another one somewhere,” Trisha tells, adding that the lovebirds plan to buy again once they complete the Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood.

Garth and Trisha first purchased the luxurious ‘50s estate in 2008 for $4.95 million.
