The Martinez family found out Brendaly was missing after being awoken at 4 a.m. with the front door of their home ajar and their daughter missing.

Martinez seems to have not been harmed during her kidnapping, and she has returned home.

“We thank God for what happened,” said Audelio Martinez. “You know, it was real hard, but then finally we got her back.”

Moya Alas is being charged with aggravated kidnapping and was determined to be in the United States illegally after being questioned by Immigration Customs Enforcement. He is currently still in police custody.
