After three days of secret ballot voting by employees of the Chattanooga-Tennessee Volkswagen plant, the workers rejected attempts by the United Auto Workers attempts to unionize them.
A spokesman had this to say: “It’s not politicians, it’s not the owners of the auto plant and it’s not the UAW — it was the workers. They decided that they’re making sufficient wages, that they have a voice with management, and they like their jobs and didn’t feel they needed representation.”
“The workers! What a novel idea,” exclaimed Herman Cain.
“The workers won.”
