My coworker Tyson and I are both out of shape. We’re also both parents, which means we’re constantly stressed and rarely find time to exercise.

However, I recently found a 15-minute workout on the internet. The moves are simple enough for anyone to do, regardless of how out of shape they are. (Except maybe Tyson. He really didn’t want to do this. But I made him work out with me.)

Here’s all you need to do:

5 minutes

  • 1 minute of jumping jacks
  • 1 minute of high knees
  • 1 minute of front kicks
  • 1 minute of jumping jacks
  • 1 minute of running

4 minutes

  • 1 minute of lunges
  • 1 minute of mountain climbers
  • Repeat

3 minutes

  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 dips
  • Repeat

2 minutes

  • 30 seconds of squats
  • 30 seconds of squat jumps
  • Repeat

1 minute

  • 1-minute plank
