The daughter of the late actress took to Instagram on Wednesday night to share one of her favorite memories with fans.

UnderĀ a throwback photo of the mother and daughter together, Lourd wrote a quote: “If my life weren’t funny then it would just be true and that is unacceptable.”

Lourd continued, “Finding the funny might take a while but I learned from the best and her voice will forever be in my head and in my heart.”

Fisher died on Dec. 27 after having a heart attack on a flight from London to Los Angeles. Lourd was by her side after she was rushed to the hospital and was with her during her finals days in the ICU.

One day after her death, Fisher’s mother, Debbie Reynolds, suffered a fatal stroke.

In the days since losing her mother and grandmother, Lourd thanked fans for their support through her social media accounts.

“Receiving all of your prayers and kind words over the past week has given me strength during a time I thought strength could not exist. There are no words to express how much I will miss my Abadaba and my one and only Momby. Your love and support means the world to me,” she wrote.

Fisher and Reynolds were laid to rest together in a joint funeral last week.
